A nice boat in very good condition, both externally and technically.
The headroom is 180 cm, which is very good for a 25-feet boat.
The interior is clean and well-maintained, the cushions are in good condition.
There is a galley with a hob, sink and microwave.
A dedicated toilet with an electric flush.
There is a 100 liter freshwater tank on the boat.
New batteries have been installed.
Full set of sails: mainsail and staysail on the furling. The sails are not new, but in good working shape. The halyards and sheets are brought into the cockpit.
The boat has a Volvo Penta MD11C diesel engine with a power of 23 hp. The engine has always been serviced on time and works like clockwork.
There is a teak in the cockpit, which looks very good. A new sprayhood and a cockpit tent have been sewn. The deck is covered with artificial teak. It looks good.
There is an anchor box on the bow, but no winch. This is not a big problem for a boat of this size.
