The Nordship 28 is one of the largest small boats.

The boat looks well-maintained inside. New cushions in the cabins. A galley with a stove with an oven and a new 12V refrigerator.

Interesting and good boat after refit.

Fresh interior. New cushions and upholstery. The salon has a Webasto. The boat inside looks quite cozy and modern. I like this refit. I used to do something like this on my Albin Vega.

A galley with a four-burner stove, double sink and refrigerator. The lack of a gimbal is a disadvantage, you will have to control the pans during the roll. The kitchen utensils look new. Separate toilet with shower.

I must say right away that you need to be a big fan of such sailing rigging to become the owner of a gaff boat.

The boat was built and launched in 2015 and in fact it’s a new boat with modern materials and equipment.

Three cabins — two in the stern, one in the bow. Two toilets — one is electric, the other is manual. There are also showers.

A galley with everything you need for cooking.

The interior looks like new.

The deck and cockpit are covered with teak. The wood is in excellent condition. In general, such a boat will obviously attract attention and enthusiastic glances. Especially if you will be sailing under full sail armaments.

A large set of fresh sails: mainsail, staysail, foresail, trisail, topsail, cleaver and fischerman. I’m sure that many of you, like me, have never worked with some of these sails. The whole set is in excellent shape.

The boat is equipped with a powerful Perkins 404-D22 diesel engine. There is a bow thruster with a separate battery.

There is a lot of modern equipment on the boat: chartplotter, radar, echo sounder with the fish finder, AIS and more.

An American-made boat that is very popular in the West and very rare in Scandinavia. If you’ve ever checked the U.S. boat market, you’ve probably noticed that these boats have a huge share of the market.

The model won the nomination «Best cruise sailboat up to 33 feet» in 2012.

The hull is reinforced with kevlar, which adds strength to it.

The boat had only three owners. The yacht looks very well maintained. Beautiful non-standard interior. Plenty of storage space. Spacious bathroom with electric toilet and shower.

A complete set of sails: a staysail on a furling, a genoa, a mainsail with a lazy bag and a new gennaker. In winter, the sails were stored in a warm room.

I should say right away that I don’t have much experience owning a boat with an electric engine. I believe that this technology has a big future, but it’s still in its initial stage.

If you are not able to charge the batteries, you will be left without an engine. When you have a regular diesel engine, it’s much easier for you to calculate the fuel reserve in the tank or canisters.

To have enough power reserve, you will need a good battery bank. New 304 Ah lithium batteries for the motor and 280 Ah house batteries are installed on this boat.

New solar panels with an MPPT controller have been installed. There is a charge monitor for all systems.

The interior is in good condition. There is an electric water supply in the galley. A toilet with an electric flush.

There is a spray hood and a cockpit tent. The portholes were replaced. Now the boat is completely sealed and dry.

There are also two autopilots on the boat, in case one fails.
