A small long-keel sailboat in good condition with a fresh outboard engine Tohatsu 5 h.p.

Plastic looks good, it is written that wood and the interior on the whole look good as well but unfortunately the owner didn’t attach the photos.

There are 3 sails (most likely 1 mainsail and 2 jibs), unfortunately there’s no jib furler but basically it is ok for this price.

The winter mooring fee was already paid so you can just come in spring to pick it up.

In my opinion this is a good option of the first sailboat. You can train a bit, try sailing and understand what sailing is, travel in summer 2021 and then sell the boat in autumn 2021 for about 3000 in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Germany or Poland (or somewhere else in the Baltic Sea).

Only 1500 euro for a boat with a fresh outboard motor, good condition, the winter mooring fee is paid, what else do you need to be happy? 🙂

Friends! We have an unusual post today, it is devoted to an inflatable dismountable catamaran Minicat 310 for 1000 euro (the brand new one costs 4000 euro).

Dismountable cats have two main advantages:

1. They rock! Lots of fun, splashes, you are as close to the water as possible, so you feel the speed at its maximum.

It is good even for the very beginners, you can watch a couple of video lessons — and you can already start trying. It is really easy to manage.

2. When packaged this cat occupies little space and it is easy to transport, you can store it anywhere. It means that you don’t need to pay for mooring, and you also can go to any water source, assemble the cat for 20 minutes and enjoy sailing.

It is certainly more like a toy, using such a cat in a wind more than 20 knots is dangerous. It is not suitable for travel.

My way started from a cat like this and it gave me a good experience. I had a much bigger cat though, I can tell about it in a separate post if you are interested.

This catamaran is sold at a cheap price, 1000 euro is only 25% of the price for a new one. Usually they are sold at 60-70% of the price of a new cat.

The owner made engine overhaul in 2018. Most components were replaced, fuel tank was cleaned, the shaft was disassembled and checked.

This sailboat is equipped with all the necessary stuff, there’s a GPS navigator, jib furler, autopilot, VHF radio station, reserve battery, wind meter, speedometer, echo sounder, all the sheats go to the cockpit, waterproof deck electric socket, two anchors, anchor chain + anchor rope, electric pump for fresh water in the sink, gas stove, flexible water tank 120 litres, toilet was replaced in 2020, life raft, mooring equipment and many other equipment.
