Scanmar 35 with an updated 2014 Volvo Penta engine for 41,600 euro!

Friends, today we have a Scanmar 35 with an updated 2014 Volvo Penta engine for 41,600 euro!

Location: Norway

Length: 10.70 meters
Width: 3.30 meters
Draft: 1.77 meters
Sleeps: 6
Kitchen (galley): available
Toilet: available

This Swedish-made yacht looks very well-maintained and clean. The boat had only two owners. The current owner has done a lot of work on its technical improvement.

The Scanmar 35 has very high headroom. The headroom height is already 198 cm, and in the cabin and the toilet 190 cm. This is rarely seen even in modern models.

Technologists of the Swedish association Scanmar claim that there is not a single case of osmosis on these boats. Thanks to the technology of warm forming, boats are moulded at a constant high temperature for a long time. Such hulls can serve for centuries.

The mahogany and teak interior is in excellent condition. Large dining area. A heater is installed in the cabin.

The galley is equipped with a stove, oven, two sinks and a large refrigerator, which works great even in the hot days.

The toilet room is equipped with a drying chamber, in which you can quickly dry wet clothes.

Sails: genoa on a Furlex furling, a spare genoa, a mainsail with new lazy jacks and a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom. All the sails are in good shape.

The boat has a 2014 Volvo Penta D2-40 engine with a capacity of 40 hp. In combination with the new three-bladed propeller Volvo Penta, the boat can run fast enough. Fuel consumption at 2000 rpm, approximately 2.5 l/h. A fuel tank for 157 liters is installed. In 2020, a new noise insulation of the engine room was made.

The list of equipment is so large that it’s unlikely to fit in this post: anchor with winch and chain, autopilot with remote control, chartplotter, VHF, TV antenna, new batteries, electric bilge pump, self-tailing winches, sprayhood, cockpit teak and much more.

Also, a dingy with a 10 hp Mariner motor and two folding bicycles can be given with the boat, which is very handy for traveling in marinas.

Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC, suitable for year-round living, for 104,000 euros!

Friends, today we have Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC, suitable for year-round living, for 104,000 euros!

Location: Sweden

Length: 12.50 meters
Width: 3.89 meters
Draft: 1.68 meters
Sleeps: 6
Kitchen (galley): available
Toilet: available

Maybe you thought it was some kind of mistake or I made a mistake with a zero, but no. I assure you – this boat deserves attention 🙂

This is not a typical mainstream. The sailboat is perfectly suited for long-distance offshore crossings or even circumnavigation.

A huge double cabin with a queen-size bed in the stern, a large guest cabin in the bow with a separate bathroom. A spacious galley, where it is comfortable to cook even in bad weather. U-shaped dining area unfolds into a double bed. The interior is in excellent condition. Safe and spacious central cockpit.

It must be noted that the boat has never been chartered. The previous owner was an engineer and the boat has almost any tool and a lot of spare parts, which can be very useful during a long voyage.

Sails were updated in 2020: a mainsail with a twist in the mast, a staysail and a genoa (both have a furling). The rigging was also updated in 2020.

As I have already said, the boat is fully ready for full-time living onboard. There is everything you need for this: 7 AGM Victron 110Ah batteries, 405W solar panels, a wind generator, a charger, an inverter, a watermaker (something needs to be replaced, spare parts are available), a dingy with a powerful Yamaha 15 hp motor and more.

The boat has a Volvo Penta MD22-L engine with a capacity of 50 hp. The engine was serviced on time and starts and works properly.

The boat also has everything for going to sea: 2 Raymarine chartplotters in the cockpit and in the cabin, Raymarine autopilot, a new radar, AIS, Raymarine VHF radio station, Iridium satellite communications, a life raft for 6 people and many more equipment that will not fit in this post.

Beneteau First is a good combination of speed and comfort. This yacht had only two owners who took good care of her. In addition, the boat is equipped very well.

Two double cabins: one in the stern, the second in the bow. There are also sleeping places in the salon. Clean and good-looking interior, the cushions are in very good condition. The lighting was replaced with LED. Three new batteries have been installed.

The galley is equipped with a 2-burner stove with an oven, a sink with fresh and seawater and a small refrigerator. The toilet is located in a separate room on the starboard side. There is a folding dining table in the salon.

Omega 28 with a new Lombardini engine for just 11,200 euro!

Friends, today we have an Omega 28 with a new Lombardini engine for just 11,200 euro!

Location: Sweden

Length: 8.58 meters
Width: 2.93 meters
Draft: 1.58 meters
Sleeps: 5
Kitchen (galley): available
Toilet (head): available

The boat is dry, clean and well-maintained. Despite its short length, the boat is quite spacious thanks to a width of almost three meters. The owner is selling it because he bought a larger boat.

The underwater part was sanded and painted with antifouling. The electrics was updated. Clean and updated interior. Cushions with new foam and fresh covers.

The galley on the port side is equipped with a stove with an oven on a gimbal, a sink with fresh water and a portable refrigerator. A new freshwater 100 liters stainless steel tank is installed. In 2015, all the hoses in the toilet were replaced. A Wallas heater is installed in the cabin.

A complete set of sails: a staysail on a furling with a North Sail cover, a mainsail with a lazy jack and a cover and a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom. All the sails are in excellent condition. The sheets are brought into the cockpit. A new sprayhood with a stainless frame is installed.

The boat is powered with a new 2014 Lombardini diesel engine with a capacity of 20 hp and an operating time of only 215 hours. The owner says that this is his most satisfying investment, because the engine runs very quietly even at 2300 rpm and produces a speed of 6 knots.

There is also a lot of useful equipment on the boat: Garmin 292 chartplotter, Raymarine ST1000 autopilot, three new batteries with charge monitoring, solar panel, new charger 2022, new anchor, fenders, mooring lines and much more.

Friends! Today we have a Vista 28 motorsailer with a new engine for just 4,800 euro!

Location: Norway

Length: 8.53 meters
Width: 2.85 meters
Draft: 1.53 meters
Sleeps: 4
Kitchen (galley): available
Toilet: available

The boat is clean, well-maintained and has a certain charm. A big plus of motorsailers is the presence of the wheelhouse that can shelter you from the weather. Being in such a wheelhouse during the rain is cozy and even nice 🙂

Despite the small length, the boat is quite spacious.

The galley is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and sink with fresh water under pressure and a 125 liter water tank. The interior and pillows are in good condition.

Teak is laid in the cockpit, it was cared for and looks good. There is also a tent in the cockpit. A gas heater is installed in the cabin.

A set of sails includes a mainsail with a cover and a staysail in good condition.

The main plus of this boat is the new 40-horsepower Volvo Penta D2-40F diesel engine (2013) with an operating time of only about 100 hours. This is a fairly powerful and fresh engine, which still has a lot of resource.

Also, a lot of equipment necessary for going out to the sea is given with the boat: an autopilot, an echo sounder, a compass, wind force and direction meter, fenders, mooring lines and much more.

Hallberg-Rassy 31 MkII with a Volvo Penta MD2020 engine for 64,000 euro!

Friends! Today we have a super offer that I would really like to buy myself, but unfortunately, I have other plans for now (I’m going to Langkawi, already bought the tickets).

This is a 1999 Hallberg-Rassy 31 MkII with a Volvo Penta MD2020 engine for 64,000 euro!

Location: Norway

Length: 9.42 meters
Width: 3.06 meters
Draft: 1.62 meters
Sleeps: 6
Kitchen (galley): yes
Toilet (head): yes

It may seem expensive at first, but in my opinion, this is one of the best offers of all the time I’ve been watching boats.

This is a modern HR with two separate cabins, with 2020 sails (brand new), the elastic band on the saildrive was replaced, all the kingstons were replaced in 2021.

The teak deck is in perfect condition, the interior was updated 3 years ago, Raymarine radar, Navtex, autopilot, new dingy (2020), AIS with data transmission via WiFi, ocean life raft, mooring equipment, etc.

This HR costs a little more than a typical mainstream of these years in this size (on average they cost about 50k euros), but usually Hallberg-Rassy boats cost 2 times more expensive.

Hallberg-Rassy is one of the best shipyards, which doesn’t try to save money during the production of boats, which makes bluewater class boats, they are as reliable as possible and are made with the highest quality.

The potential price for this boat is about 80-120k euros. The owners watched it very carefully.

This is exactly the case when a boat costs more than it is asked for, despite the price tag, which initially seems large.
