A very interesting owner’s boat, which has been tested by a long and not the easiest route.

The boat sailed from Norway to the Caribbean and back via the USA, Canada, Greenland and Iceland from 2022 to 2023.

Just before the passage, the boat has been extensively upgraded.

All the ropes on the boat were replaced. The sails were checked and repaired. Some of the sails are new. The standing rigging was checked and is partially new.

New lithium batteries were installed, which give full autonomy. There are solar panels. All lighting has been replaced with LED.

A nice and well-maintained French-made owner’s boat.

A full 40 feet with plenty of space, three cabins and two bathrooms. A very good width of 420 cm, which is much more than that of the Bavaria or Beneteau of the same length.

Throughout the time of ownership, the boat has been well looked after.

From the recent: a new bimini and a new antifouling.

The interior looks good. Good cushions in the salon and in the cockpit. There is a TV antenna and a large TV. A stereo system with speakers in the cockpit.

The clean and bright interior is in good condition. The galley on the port side is equipped with a stove with an oven on a gimbal, a sink with hot and cold water and a new refrigerator. Plenty of storage space for kitchen utensils.

An interesting solution is a personal safe in the cabin. I think this is a useful thing if you often leave the boat unattended.

The condition of the keel bolts was checked by professionals (there is a report). The underwater part was painted.
