• Renew cushion covers — about 300 euros
• Refresh interior varnish (DIY) — 150–200 euros
• Sand exterior wood, replace teak planks (DIY) — about 100 euros
• New sprayhood and mainsail cover (lazy bag) — about 1500 euros

In total, just over 2000 euros for all cosmetic upgrades.

After that, the boat becomes something you could realistically sell for 8–10k or more depending on the region. And until then, you can safely enjoy sailing and fresh sea air!
