An interesting and updated boat. It’s well-equipped and autonomous enough for circumnavigation or year-round live onboard.

In 2022, there was a huge refit and the boat received an updated interior and a brand-new kitchen with a more modern design.

The entire underwater part, including the keel and rudder, was sanded and repainted.

Very high autonomy due to new 1200W solar panels, a large group of fresh batteries (1-3 years old) and a powerful inverter. The solar panels are installed in the most correct way, in my opinion, on the arch.

Fairly fresh sails: genoa on a furling (4 years old) and a mainsail (5 years old). Most of the running rigging was replaced two years ago.

A nice and updated boat created by Peter Norlin, the designer who created the Albin and Najad boats. It’s a very stable boat with good sailing properties.

The yacht looks good. The hull is polished. The underwater part is painted with antifouling.

The interior looks good. A well-equipped chart table with all the necessary datas.

These boats have a good headroom of 190 cm, which allows even a tall person to stand tall.

A galley with a stove and oven, two sinks and a refrigerator. There is hot water.

A heater is installed in the cabin.

The sails on the boat have been updated. New mainsail and genoa in 2022. Such an upgrade can cost 15-17K euros. There is also a jib and a spinnaker.

It’s a good Canadian-made boat. These boats are quite rare in the European market.

The price looks very attractive for a 38-ft yacht.

The interior looks good. The cushions in the salon and cabins look like new. I like the solution with additional sleeping places in the salon, located along the sides.

There is a new diesel heater.

Fully dedicated toilet with shower. There is also a shower in the cockpit.

New sails: the 2020 mainsail and the 2022 genoa. There are also two additional genoas 2018 and 2000.

A pretty good supply of freshwater — 300 liters.

The teak in the cockpit looks good. On the deck the sealant has come out in places and restoration will be required over time.

Nice and very updated yacht. The boat has been in the hands of one owner since 2014, and since then it has been constantly updated, as evidenced by many receipts.

The list of updates is so large that it’s unlikely to fit into this post. Here are the most important ones:

The electrical system has been completely updated, including new wiring, new AGM batteries with charging and a battery monitor.

The water supply system has also been updated. New hot water tank (220V/12V). A new toilet with a chopper — it’s very convenient. You don’t have to worry that throwing toilet paper will clog you up.

All seacocks have been replaced.

And most importantly, in 2019, the boat received a new Vetus engine of 29 hp, including transmission, shaft, etc. (the value is approx 7-10K). A new bow thruster is also installed.

This is only a small part of the updates. If you do it yourself, it can take a whole season, or even more.

The sails are not new, but in good working condition. There is a cover for the mainsail and a furling.

Lots of equipment: autopilot, iPad instead of chartplotter, VHF with AIS, echo sounder. All devices are connected to the NMEA network.

The ad says that for an extra fee, you can pick up dinghy with an electric motor. I would try to bargain and pick it up for free.
