There’s a 21 hp Nanni diesel engine 3.75HE, 2000 hours, fresh enough. It’s written that it works well.

The sails are old there’re 2 sets. New sails should be sewn, it’s quite inexpensive in Estonia. There’s a jib furler.

You need to sort out the wood, make new pillows inside, etc.

There’s a lot of expensive equipment, some of it was purchased and wasn’t installed.

There’s a radar, a wind turbine, AIS Transponder (new in box), wind autopilot, a new anchor winch, solar panels, 5 new batteries, a navigator, VHF radio, an inflatable boat with an outboard motor, rescue equipment, mooring equipment, a bunch of spare parts, etc.

The boat was being prepared for long voyages. There’s not so much left to do. The main costs had already been invested, you just need to put your hands on it a little.

Such boats usually cost from 25 to 35 thousand euro. So if you finish it then it will cost 25-35 thousand euro. In my opinion, this is a great offer for those who are ready to spend a month working.

This boat is made of reinforced cement and the deck and superstructure are made of teak and mahogany. The hull is well built and there’s no rust on it.

A full set of sails, a jib furler (fresh), mainsail furler also, but furler is on the boom.

Fuel tank – 180 liters, 2 batteries 100 Ah each for service and 1 starter battery 70 Ah. There’s a shore charger.

The water supply is 180 liters, but it’s very easy to expand it with flexible tanks.

Toilet is electric. There’s a septic tank, a heater, also there’s wiring for the bow cabin, toilet and wardroom. It’s powered by propane.

There’s a VHF radio station on board, Radio Ocean RO4700, GPS navigator with external antenna (Garmin), echo sounder (Airmar), active AIS (Matsutec HA-102 trans / rec), Simrad autopilot with hydraulic booster, wind generator and liferaft for 4 people.

There’re 2 anchors – 25 kg and a manual anchor winch. At the stern there is a light “coffee anchor” with a small chain and tape in a roll.

It is a fully-featured 30-feet sailboat, plastic and wood are in very good condition, there’s also a chart table.

The sailboat is updated and well-equipped. The motor was updated, the new Nanni diesel 14 hp (just like mine) was installed, a speed-reduction gear and the lay shaft were also replaced.

A full set of sails in good condition. A genoa with a furler and UV protection, a mainsail with a lazy jack (it is very comfortable!). There’s a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom.

There’s a shore power with a charger and the sockets in the boat (which is not common for such type of sailboats), an autopilot, navigator Garmin echoMap 42 cv with an echo sounder, VHF radio station with an antenna at the top of the mast.

New cushions, new mattresses, a heater Wallas 1300, toilet, a kitchen with fresh and sea water, a spirit stove Origo 3000, lots of equipment in the kitchen, a compressor fridge.

In my opinion, it’s a splendid offer, especially for such money. A lot of updates and obviously this sailboat was well-cared-for.

This is a sailboat with a lifting keel, there’s a scheme showing how it works. Ballast weight is 1100 kg, i.e. it is a fully-featured keelboat but you can reduce the draft to 0.9 meters.

There’s a canal which I used in 2018 close to this place. You can reach the Mediterranean in 10 days if you choose this cannal.

There’re not too many photos attached but it’s clear that this sailboat is well-cared, the motor is almost brand new, and the interior looks good as well.

There’s a separate toilet, the width is 3 meters which means that it’s rather spacious inside. It will feel like a 32-feet cruiser.

The sails are in good condition, there’s a spinnaker, a jib furler and lazyjack. An echo sounder, fixed VHF station, portative VHF station, toilet, boiler for water heating, 2 batteries (2020), new cushions, life-saving equipment, mooring equipment are also included.

The motor Yanmar 2YM15 was installed in 2014. It is a reliable new motor and it has its own starter battery also. The new electric wiring was also installed on this sailboat.

A jib and a mainsail are in good condition, a sprayhood was updated. There’s a jib furler installed in 2016, all the ropes are managed from the cockpit.

There’s good planning and a separate toilet. New cushions were made in 2020.

A lot of equipment goes together with the sailboat, most of it was updated in 2014. A 50W solar panel with a controller, a new service battery (2020), new fuses and more powerful wires were installed. There’s an electric pump in the toilet (2017), there’s also a holding tank and a necktube for pumping out the septic tank from the deck (a cool add-on), a VHF radio, 200 litres water tank (very cool!), a 35 liters fuel tank, a ladder for coming out of the water, a full set of mooring equipment.

To sum up, there’s lots of equipment and a good reserve for self-sustainability and reliability, especially for this small size.

The sailboat is now on the shore so you can easily check the bottom and organize the load-out after that.

The motor Volvo Penta 2002 was overhauled in 2006. This motor is reliable but it isn’t new (1989).

Pay attention to the mast, there are stairs attached. They are made for climbing up the mast, this detail is considered for world cruises, i.e. most likely this sailboat was prepared for long passages.

There’s a jib furler, covers for the mainsail and the sprayhood, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove.

Nothing is said about the equipment so you’d better specify the full list with the owner.

This can appear to be a surprise, you have all chances to get the equipment that costs in total even more than the sailboat itself 🙂

The interior was refreshed, plastic and wood are in good condition.

The motor was also updated, a new high powered Yanmar 27 hp was installed, it is fully operational and was serviced regularly. This sailboat also has a folding two-bladed propeller.

There are a jib furler, a mainsail and genoa in good condition, spinnaker is included, too. All the ropes go to the cockpit, the covers and a sprayhood are in order as well.

An autopilot, an echo sounder, solar panels (2 x 20W and 1 x 50W),swim platform, nose platform, a toilet with a new pump, a fridge, a gas stove with two burners are included.

In my opinion, this is a very good offer, everything was updated, usually sailboats like this cost at least twice more even in Sweden! An outright gift!

Friends, here’s another Compis 28 with a fresh 2013 Farryman Diesel engine 12 hp for 5800 euro!

The new 12 hp Farryman Diesel engine from 2013 is definitely a plus. There probably won’t be any problems with spare parts or with the engine’s depleted life. So you will feel more comfortable.

The sailing set is in excellent condition. There’s a genoa furler, a sprayhood from 2019 and a LazyJack was installed in 2020.

The exterior is very attractive: snow-white yacht, good condition of the wood inside. There’s a ladder for getting out of the water at the stern and a bow platform at the front.

As for equipment there’s a spirit stove, a compressor refrigerator for 26 liters, electrical wiring was replaced in 2014, the tiller was replaced in 2015, the Simrad autopilot, GPS Garmin echoMAP 52s (with an echo sounder), an hour meter is installed.

The portholes were updated in 2020. A 50-watt solar panel was installed as well as a solar panel controller. There’s an isolation relay, a 75-Ah starter battery and battery status display.

I like yachts of this size. This is an example of another Compis 28 with a lot of updates. In my opinion, this is a good offer. Such a sailboat is quite easy to maintain and at the same time you have no limits in sailing around the world.
