Very cozy and well-maintained yacht. The boat was watched well.

A good sailing set: 2 mainsails, a staysail, a genoa, a large genoa and a storm staysail. The sails are in excellent working condition.

A nice boat from the French shipyard. I’m sure that there will be many fans of this brand.

The boat was in the hands of one owner for 8 years.

The headroom in the cabin is more than 180 cm. There is a galley with a sink, a gimballed stove and an ice-box. There is a lot of space in the salon. The interior and cushions are in good condition. There is a heater on the boat.

A complete set of sails: mainsail with a cover, a staysail on a furling and a spinnaker. The sails are not new, but in good working condition.

Looks like one of the best offers in recent times. The market price for these boats in Scandinavia is usually 2-3 times higher.

The Maxi 95 is perhaps one of the most spacious 31-foot boats. Large cockpit that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Double aft-cabin with an entrance through the cockpit. Separate spacious toilet.

A new Vetus 2012 diesel engine is installed on the boat. The total cost of the engine with the installation is almost 15k euros! By the way, another “kicker” of the Maxi 95 is the engine located under the table in the salon. This way you have access to the engine from all sides in case of repair or maintenance. Also, this arrangement of the engine shifts the center of gravity and the boat drags less water with its stern.

There is also a lot of useful equipment on the boat: chartplotter, autopilot, Wallas heater in the salon and aft-cabin, echo sounder, VHF, anchor with anchor winch at the bow, second anchor at the stern, new sprayhood and bimini and much more.

Of course, there are some disadvantages on a boat with such a big discount. The owner speaks honestly about them in the ad.

Firstly, I would make cosmetic repairs in the salon and update the wooden elements. You also need to paint the underwater part.
