An outboard motor Tohatsu 6 hp was serviced. The rigging is in good condition, there’s a jib furler with UV protection.

The hull looks good. The owner recommends making the new antifouling for the underwater part of the hull (it’s a regular procedure).

There are some works to do here, eg., it’s worth cleaning up inside, tightening some fittings, besides, the on-board electric system should be extended and the 12V and 220V harnessing should be fixed. I think in this situation this is an advantage because you can make it in your image.

Obviously some works were made but the owner was lack of the time to finish it and has to sell the sailboat now.

This is a good project for the one who wants to make the sailboat for himself, herewith the budget is rather modest. Some investments, tightenings by your own – and you’ll have a good updated sailboat at a cheap price.

In my opinion Maxi 77 is a sailboat for cabotage but as judged by the owner’s opinion it is rather spacious inside for its size.

You can buy this sailboat for 1-2 seasons, get a feel of sailing and sell it at the same price or even at a higher price (you can easily sell it for € 3000-4000) and compensate for small expenses you had.

In fact you will have free sailing in this case 🙂 Besides, you will gain some captain experience. No need to do long passages, you can travel in Sweden and Finland and moor the sailboat in Estonia for winter for € 200 (it is the price for the whole season, not for a month).

In most Baltic countries you don’t need a license to sail a yacht like this so you can only learn some theory online (I will tell you soon how to do it) and ask some experienced captain to teach you for several days. That’s enough for your first self-sustained steps 🙂

Sailing is not as complicated and terrifying as some people say.

People ask for sailboats in the range of 1000 euro, so here you are 🙂

A small long-keel sailboat in good condition with a fresh outboard engine Tohatsu 5 h.p.

Plastic looks good, it is written that wood and the interior on the whole look good as well but unfortunately the owner didn’t attach the photos.

There are 3 sails (most likely 1 mainsail and 2 jibs), unfortunately there’s no jib furler but basically it is ok for this price.

The winter mooring fee was already paid so you can just come in spring to pick it up.

In my opinion this is a good option of the first sailboat. You can train a bit, try sailing and understand what sailing is, travel in summer 2021 and then sell the boat in autumn 2021 for about 3000 in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Germany or Poland (or somewhere else in the Baltic Sea).

Only 1500 euro for a boat with a fresh outboard motor, good condition, the winter mooring fee is paid, what else do you need to be happy? 🙂

Friends! Today we have the Beneteau Baroudeur MK2 with an updated YANMAR 29 h.p. inboard diesel motor for only 2700 euro!

The interior is very unusual, see the image! The toilet is separated which is very rare for that size.

The boat is very wide for its size, the width gives comfort. There’s an excellent workplace, 2 double beds, a large supply of water (100 liters is also quite a lot for this size).

Long keel, outboard rudder, inboard engine, large bow platform and babystay is planned in standard construcrion.

YANMAR engine 29 h.p. was in use for only 500 hours (this is approximately 5-8% of its resource) and was replaced in 2011.

There’re fresh sails and jib furler. It’s written that the entire boat was overhauled and updated in 2012.

Wood and plastic are in excellent condition.

In my opinion, this is an incredible find as a lot of things have been updated. The sailboat has a long keel, a fresh stationary engine and it’s located in the Mediterranean Sea. This all costs only 2700 euro!

The sailboat is located between Nice and Cannes so you can sail almost directly to Tunisia 🙂

The engine was replaced with Volvo Penta 18 h.p. in 2004.

The announcement doesn’t say anything about the sails but the photo shows that there’s a mainsail, a genoa with genoa furler and UV protection.

The description is quite short. Guess the seller isn’t very versed in this matter. There’s said the reason for the sale is the death of the owner.

The length of the yacht is 7.95 meters which means that mooring fee will be in the up to 8 meters category. This is usually the cheapest mooring.

The sofas don’t look good and the boat itself is also dirty. But if you clean it and purchase new pillows then it will look much better.

Apparently the owner got sick and no one looked after the sailboat for a long time and the heirs decided to sell it cheap as it was (they didn’t even put it in order).

Such offers are extremely rare. It is clear the boat needs some work but there’s an updated inboard engine, 2 cabins, a separate toilet, and even a convenient size. What could be better? For only 2 800 euro someone will get really lucky!
