Plastic, wood, sails and the mast look extremely good, the only thing I don’t like is the cushion design but you can make new covers for 100-200 euro, the yacht will look completely different after that.

The owner made engine overhaul in 2018. Most components were replaced, fuel tank was cleaned, the shaft was disassembled and checked.

This sailboat is equipped with all the necessary stuff, there’s a GPS navigator, jib furler, autopilot, VHF radio station, reserve battery, wind meter, speedometer, echo sounder, all the sheats go to the cockpit, waterproof deck electric socket, two anchors, anchor chain + anchor rope, electric pump for fresh water in the sink, gas stove, flexible water tank 120 litres, toilet was replaced in 2020, life raft, mooring equipment and many other equipment.

The outside appearance is very pleasant, the plastic looks perfect. I’m sure in real life it has some defects but most likely they are small and not critical.

The sails seem to be in good condition, the covers are new, there’s also a jib furler.

This yacht is made of reinforced cement, this material is rather specific but it is used for yacht building indeed.

The engine Solé 45 h.p. was installed in 2010, the haulage is less than 900 hours.

The sails were in usage for 2 seasons only! Genoa and jib have the furler and UV protection. Mainsail and mizzen sail have lazy bag and there are also stairs on the mast.

YANMAR engine 29 h.p. was in use for only 500 hours (this is approximately 5-8% of its resource) and was replaced in 2011.
