This yacht is made of reinforced cement, this material is rather specific but it is used for yacht building indeed.

The engine Solé 45 h.p. was installed in 2010, the haulage is less than 900 hours.

The sails were in usage for 2 seasons only! Genoa and jib have the furler and UV protection. Mainsail and mizzen sail have lazy bag and there are also stairs on the mast.

YANMAR engine 29 h.p. was in use for only 500 hours (this is approximately 5-8% of its resource) and was replaced in 2011.

This sailboat is located in the Mediterranean sea, Barcelona, and this is a huge advantage!

The motor Yanmar 3GM 16 h.p. was repaired in 2017.

All the sails were renewed, the mainsail was replaced in 2019, the genoa was replaced in 2020. There are two sails set, also the genoa furler, all the ropes go to the cockpit. The rigging was also updated.

There’s also lots of equipment: an autopilot Autohelm 2000 installed in 2019, new bimini (2018), 2 anchors, about 28 meters of anchor chain, an arc with solar panels, 150 litres water tank, 60 litres fuel tank, mooring equipment and so on.

An outer look is nice, the wood and the interior are also in good condition.

A great offer, all the equipment that should have been updated was already updated 🙂 This boat was invested a lot. Capital repair, sails set, an arc for the solar panel and an updated rigging — 10 000 euro in total at least!

The announcement doesn’t say anything about the sails but the photo shows that there’s a mainsail, a genoa with genoa furler and UV protection.

The description is quite short. Guess the seller isn’t very versed in this matter. There’s said the reason for the sale is the death of the owner.

The length of the yacht is 7.95 meters which means that mooring fee will be in the up to 8 meters category. This is usually the cheapest mooring.

The sofas don’t look good and the boat itself is also dirty. But if you clean it and purchase new pillows then it will look much better.

Apparently the owner got sick and no one looked after the sailboat for a long time and the heirs decided to sell it cheap as it was (they didn’t even put it in order).

Such offers are extremely rare. It is clear the boat needs some work but there’s an updated inboard engine, 2 cabins, a separate toilet, and even a convenient size. What could be better? For only 2 800 euro someone will get really lucky!

A legendary sailboat, a lot of people like it a lot. The length is under 8 meters, so it falls under the category “up to 8 meters” which means that the mooring fee will be one of the cheapest.

The motor Volvo Penta MD 2010 C Bt (1998) powered 10 h.p. is installed. The consumption is about 1.5 litres per hour, cruise speed is 5 knots.

The sails were replaced in 2017, the jib is with the furler but the UV protection has to be made if your final destination is the Mediterranean sea.

There’s a lot of equipment: autopilot Raymarine ST2001, chartplotter Humminbird 2019, echo sounder, stationary vhf radio station, 2 batteries, anchor, anchor winch and anchor chamber (quite a rare thing for this size!), baby stay, life-saving jear, mooring equipment and so on.

Cabin height is 1.8 meters, most people can stay full length here and avoid bumping up the ceiling, the yacht is rather spacious for its size, you can see it in the photos.

A great option as I see it, the motor was renewed, the sails are fresh, there’s a lot of equipment, besides, it is already in the Netherlands (it is much closer to the Mediterranean in comparison with Sweden)).
