The sailboat is located between Nice and Cannes so you can sail almost directly to Tunisia 🙂

The engine was replaced with Volvo Penta 18 h.p. in 2004.

The announcement doesn’t say anything about the sails but the photo shows that there’s a mainsail, a genoa with genoa furler and UV protection.

The description is quite short. Guess the seller isn’t very versed in this matter. There’s said the reason for the sale is the death of the owner.

The length of the yacht is 7.95 meters which means that mooring fee will be in the up to 8 meters category. This is usually the cheapest mooring.

The sofas don’t look good and the boat itself is also dirty. But if you clean it and purchase new pillows then it will look much better.

Apparently the owner got sick and no one looked after the sailboat for a long time and the heirs decided to sell it cheap as it was (they didn’t even put it in order).

Such offers are extremely rare. It is clear the boat needs some work but there’s an updated inboard engine, 2 cabins, a separate toilet, and even a convenient size. What could be better? For only 2 800 euro someone will get really lucky!

There’s an echo sounder, GPS navigator, VHF radio station, battery charger, ladder for getting out of the water, radar reflector, fire extinguishers, fire equipment, gas equipment, refrigerator, emergency pump, mooring equipment, etc.

The boat was covered with antifouling in 2020. Wood and plastic look good.

Most likely the sailboat will be handed over with everything necessary such as tools, spare parts, etc.

A legendary sailboat, a lot of people like it a lot. The length is under 8 meters, so it falls under the category “up to 8 meters” which means that the mooring fee will be one of the cheapest.

The motor Volvo Penta MD 2010 C Bt (1998) powered 10 h.p. is installed. The consumption is about 1.5 litres per hour, cruise speed is 5 knots.

The sails were replaced in 2017, the jib is with the furler but the UV protection has to be made if your final destination is the Mediterranean sea.

There’s a lot of equipment: autopilot Raymarine ST2001, chartplotter Humminbird 2019, echo sounder, stationary vhf radio station, 2 batteries, anchor, anchor winch and anchor chamber (quite a rare thing for this size!), baby stay, life-saving jear, mooring equipment and so on.

Cabin height is 1.8 meters, most people can stay full length here and avoid bumping up the ceiling, the yacht is rather spacious for its size, you can see it in the photos.

A great option as I see it, the motor was renewed, the sails are fresh, there’s a lot of equipment, besides, it is already in the Netherlands (it is much closer to the Mediterranean in comparison with Sweden)).

The boat is moored in the same marina as mine 🙂

Motor Perkins 30 h.p. is installed, for this size of boat it is a big reserve power. An outboard motor Suzuki 2.5 h.p. for dinghy is also included.

Sails are in good condition, there is a jib furler but no UV protection, it certainly needs to be done.

There’s quite a lot of equipment, this sailboat had the only owner throughout a long time. There is a radio locator (!), solar panels, navigator, microwave oven, life-saving gear, mooring ropes and so on.

The full list of equipment is better to specify with the seller.

The owner sells this sailboat due to the health condition. The contract with marina is already paid (740 euro per year only!)

This is quite a rare find — a good sailboat in the Mediterranean at a cheap price.
Apparently the pandemic and personal reasons came into play.

An old petrol engine Albin Q21 is installed. You need to be careful for purposes of fire safety.

The sails are in good condition, genoa with the furler, there is also a separate stay for the jib (very sustainable solution, if the genoa furler breaks, you can use an old-school jib. All the rest of the time you can use all the advantages of the furler!).

There is a small nose platform for coming ashore, it is also cool for sitting underway, you’ll have a feeling you are flying like a bird.

I would like to pay individual attention to the cabin height, it is 1.83 meters! The very centimeters which the boats like that usually lack. Most people can stand at full length inside this cabin. Very cool advantage 🙂

An excellent planning, comfortable table, separate toilet, you can make 2 double beds, moreover, there’s a separate sleeping place in the stern.

The galley is big, the girls may like it.

A small sailboat with rather comfortable inner areas. The mooring fee will be cheap, besides, the sailboat itself costs 1950 euro only!

Original old engine Yanmar 8 h.p. is installed so be ready to the ensuing consequences. Guess it is the only strong disadvantage in this sailboat. I think it was cared a lot and serviced but it is old engine anyway.

The sails are totally new (2020 year), the jib has a furler, autopilot is installed (2020), there are also a fridge, gas stove, water thermometer, echo sounder, speed meter (log-speedometer), new toilet (2020), new cushions and pillows, heater Wallas, folding propeller, 3 batteries (2 service batteries and 1 starter battery, all of them were installed in 2020), electric wiring was totally changed.

The seller can also offer portable solar panels from 2020 at extra charge.

The sailboat looks good, plastic and wood are in good condition.

The previous owner decided to update this sailboat that’s why most of the equipment is from 2020. Finally he decided to change this yacht to a bigger one (this sailboats seems small for all the family, 2 grown-ups and two kids).

This sailboat is now stored on land, you can leave it at the same place till the next season.
