The motor VETUS 25 h.p. was rarely used, it was turned on while mooring only, what is more, fuel system and starter have been replaced recently.

There’s a jib furler with UV protection and a mainsail in good condition, an electric winch for anchor lifting, autopilot, VHF radio station, echo sounder, GPS navigator. There’s a swim platform on the stern, lazy bag and bimini were replaced in 2020. Fire extinguishing installation, life saving equipment and all the mooring equipment are also included.

There are two showers on this sailboat! Inside and out, on the deck. New toilet, gas stove, baking oven. Inner upholstery was completely changed, new comfortable mattresses Bultex were bought.

The sailboat looks great both inside and outside. This price is just a gift for this size, besides, this size is prosperous from the viewpoint of mooring fees (this sailboat will fit the category 8-10 meters).

This is a large sailboat for long-distance travel. A well-known brand, central cockpit, spacious cabins, 2 bathrooms with showers, large supply of water (1500 liters) and fuel (400 liters).

The sails are in good condition. There’re genoa and mainsail furlers.

Diesel motor VOLVO PENTA MD21B 61 h.p. was repaired in 2008: replacement of cylinders, pistons, gaskets, bearings, elastic bands, bench bearings, heads replacement of the head gasket, valves and related components.

The Saildrive 110s was rebuilt in 2008, the main gasket was also replaced.

The deck was covered with a new anti-slip coating in 2018.

There’re lots of equipment: 11 manual sheet winches (1 is electric), set of anchors (all with a stainless steel chain), anchor electric winch, swim platform with ramp.

There’s also an autopilot, VHF radio station, hand-held radio station, battery monitor panel, radar, AIS, weather stations, compass, TV antenna on a mast, full-fledged audio system with 4 speakers, TV, computer, remote surveillance camera with video controller, septic tank, starter batteries, service batteries, charging etc.

The sailboat doesn’t have osmosis but you always need to check it yourself.

Mooring fee is quite expensive for such a sailboat. The maintenance is also rather expensive but if you live on the boat all the time then it’s worth it.

On such yachts it makes sense to anchor more than to moor in marinas. Besides, if you go on a round-the-world trip there’re very few marinas outside Europe and the United States.

GPS navigator, heater Wallas, VHF radio station, autopilot, anchor, life saving equipment, mooring equipment and so on.

Notice that on the sailboat like this you can travel far, the hull is very reliable.

Mooring fee for a 30-feet sailboat is rather low, for example, daily mooring will cost about 20-40 euro and a year contract in Tunisia will cost 900 euro including the water, electricity and all the taxes. At the same time there’s enough space for comfort living on such a sailboat. Not bad, right?

A small long-keel sailboat in good condition with a fresh outboard engine Tohatsu 5 h.p.

Plastic looks good, it is written that wood and the interior on the whole look good as well but unfortunately the owner didn’t attach the photos.

There are 3 sails (most likely 1 mainsail and 2 jibs), unfortunately there’s no jib furler but basically it is ok for this price.

The winter mooring fee was already paid so you can just come in spring to pick it up.

In my opinion this is a good option of the first sailboat. You can train a bit, try sailing and understand what sailing is, travel in summer 2021 and then sell the boat in autumn 2021 for about 3000 in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Germany or Poland (or somewhere else in the Baltic Sea).

Only 1500 euro for a boat with a fresh outboard motor, good condition, the winter mooring fee is paid, what else do you need to be happy? 🙂

Usually the yachts like that cost at least 15000 – 20000 euro, ketches cost even more. The price of this one is only 9000 euro, besides, it is already located in the Med. A perfect option in my opinion!
