Guys, it’s a piece of cake! The owner replaced or renewed loads of equipment, the boat has new motor Mitsubishi Sole mini 17 h.p. (500 hours!), fresh sails, spinnaker, the wood was sandpapered and varnished, teak was also renewed, there’s a genoa roller, solar panel, new electric wires, fridge, bow platform, swim platform, new sprayhood, water reservoir 120 litres, electric toilet, shore power and charger, oven, grill, USB sockets all around the boat, new sofas and so on.

The boat was 100%, the offers like that are the ones that are worth buying, it was invested much more that 12000 euro! Yum offer, I would buy this boat with pleasure 🙂 What is more, the boat is 8 meters long (which means cheap mooring fees) though 2.8 meters wide (32-feet sailboats have almost the same width) — it increases comfort level a lot.

The price also includes new keel-block, you can either sell it separately or leave it to the owner and ask for some discount. I think you can reduce the price on 1000 euro then.
