I haven’t found any information about the model, but the boat looks attractive. Good price for 36 ft.

This is very similar to the skerry cruisers that used to be popular in Sweden.

Beautiful and well-maintained interior. There are all modern features: heating, hot water, LED lighting.

The galley has a stove, sink and refrigerator with a freezer.

The sails look new. A self-tacking staysail. The sails are stored in covers. There is a roller furler. All the lines are out in the cockpit.

The new Sole Mini 17 hp engine with a new three-bladed propeller. There is also a 5 kW Lewmar bow thruster. Since this boat has a long keel and the rudder is in front of the propeller, it’s very useful to have a bow thruster.

The starting and house AGM batteries are new. There are also 2 separate batteries for the thruster.

Nice and very well-maintained Shipman. Many people like this model for its layout.

The interior is in very good condition. New cushions. The saloon is clean and cozy.

There is a galley with a stove, sink and refrigerator.

The Shipman 28 has a fin keel, but it’s molded with the hull and has no bolts, which means there is nothing to rot. The rudder is protected with a skeg.

The old engine was replaced with a newer Ferryman Diesel with 12 hp with a reliable straight shaft.

I see in the photo a transom for mounting an outboard motor. It worries me. Usually, if you hang a transom «just in case», then most likely this case has already happened. It may have been installed before the purchase of a new engine. You have to be careful.

There is a mainsail with a cover and a staysail on a furling. New Lewmar winches have been installed.

It’s said that the deck is covered with teak, but this is not visible in the photo. There is an anchor at the stern.

The photo shows that there is a spray hood, but the owner says it needs to be repaired (something with a zipper).

There is no information about the equipment, but there may be some minimal set, for example, VHF or log. I’ve already seen this before, I came to see an «empty» boat, but in fact it turned out that everything was there, and even an autopilot.

Beautiful and very well-maintained boat. Only two owners in the entire history. As it says in the original ad: the current owner has owned the boat since 2000 and has left nothing to chance during these 24 years. I think that I know this approach. Over the past 4 years, about 40,000 euros have been invested in the boat, and now it’s being sold at almost the price of these investments!

Thick fiberglass hull with mahogany and teak deck. The wooden elements are in excellent condition.

Every winter, the boat was stored in a warm, heated room.

The interior and cushions are in excellent condition. The underwater part has been cleaned and painted with a new antifouling.

The batteries and charger are new.

New standing rigging and a new furling mast. Genoa is also on the furling. This allows you to handle the setting of sails even alone. By the way, in this model, the marking «50» it’s not the length of the boat, but a sum of the areas of the staysail and mainsail.

A nice and fast boat after a major overhaul.

A nice Swedish sailboat with a nice interior and a beautiful teak deck.

The boat is ashore now. Parking is paid till the end of summer of 2025. It’s very good. There’s probably something on the boat that can be fixed or improved, and you won’t be pressed for time.

Two new batteries, purchased in 2024. New batteries are always a good thing. I would definitely check how it’s connected and in what condition the electrical wiring is.

The galley has a two-burner stove, sink and Isotherm refrigerator with freezer.

A new spray hood and cockpit tent have been sewn. There are cushions in the cockpit.

The deck is covered with teak. The wood looks great in the photo. Teak is expensive and difficult. It’s better trying to keep it in good condition than fixing it later.

Complete set of sails: a mainsail in a cover, a self-tacking jib on a furler and a genoa. The sheets and halyards are brought into the cockpit.

The boat has an inboard Volvo Penta MD7A engine, which was overhauled by professionals last year.

There is also an autopilot on the boat. It’s great. Especially in combination with the lines in the cockpit, as well as the self-tacking jib on the furler, it’s easy to cope with such a setup alone.
