There’s also GPS Garmin, wind dial Nexus, swimming ladder, autopilot and some more equipment not listed.

Now they are ready to sail the boat to any point in Baltics or North Sea. The did a great job updating this sailboat but have to sell it.

The guys installed new sails and solar panels, refreshed the gelcoat and emergency pump, installed new water tank. The boat also has a genoa roller, new electric wiring, and ventilation, handy GPS, hand held radio, EPIRB (rescue radio buoy) and lots of other equipment.

Dinghy (PVC raft) is also included.

The boat also has an inboard engine but it’s broken. If you are a motor expert there’s a chance to repair it, in this case the boat is almost ready to a passage to Med. What is more, there’s no septic tank which is obligatory in some countries.

It’s a legendary sailboat, I already wrote about Hallberg-Rassy that it’s like a Bentley in yachting world, extremely cool shipyard. Bowthruster and electric anchor winch are installed.

This sailboat looks great both inside and outside. I think it’s a great deal: Hallberg-Rassy Monsun 31 for 14000 euro is a gift even with an old engine.

Usually motosailers are sold at much higher price, that’s why it is a good condition. ⠀

This boat has 2 cabins with separate entrances (pay attention to the scheme), big firm sprayhood with cockpit tent (install an AC if you move it to the Med). ⠀

The owner didn’t tell much about the equipment, but he wrote there’s a fridge, hot water and septic tank for toilet. ⠀

The size is within 8 meters which makes the mooring fee cheap but the boat is rather wide, just like 32-feet one. A perfect boat for families with kids, the kids will sleep in separate cabin with separate entrance 🙂 ⠀

Guys, it’s a piece of cake! The owner replaced or renewed loads of equipment, the boat has new motor Mitsubishi Sole mini 17 h.p. (500 hours!), fresh sails, spinnaker, the wood was sandpapered and varnished, teak was also renewed, there’s a genoa roller, solar panel, new electric wires, fridge, bow platform, swim platform, new sprayhood, water reservoir 120 litres, electric toilet, shore power and charger, oven, grill, USB sockets all around the boat, new sofas and so on.

The boat was 100%, the offers like that are the ones that are worth buying, it was invested much more that 12000 euro! Yum offer, I would buy this boat with pleasure 🙂 What is more, the boat is 8 meters long (which means cheap mooring fees) though 2.8 meters wide (32-feet sailboats have almost the same width) — it increases comfort level a lot.

The price also includes new keel-block, you can either sell it separately or leave it to the owner and ask for some discount. I think you can reduce the price on 1000 euro then.
