A beautiful and well-maintained sailboat. Albin Ballad, although it has a fin keel, but it’s part of the hull and does not have keel bolts.

The hull has been repainted and polished. A new antifouling was also applied.

The cabins were additionally insulated. The interior has been updated and partially repainted. Now the boat looks clean and cozy.

There is a galley with a stove, sink and an ice-box. There is an enclosed toilet. A Wallas diesel heater is installed in the salon.

Recently, new lithium batteries with charge level monitoring have been installed. This is a very good and expensive update.

Sails: genoa 2015 (almost unused), mainsail with lazy jacks and a spinnaker. There is a furling for genoa. All sails have recently received new halyards.

The boat is equipped with a Volvo Penta MD2020 engine. The engine looks well maintained. The oil and filters were changed last year.

There is a solar panel. A new spray hood has been sewn. There is a swimming ladder at the stern.

A nice and spacious yacht with three cabins. The boat of those years, when even the mass market made reliable boats.

The boat was well carried. A lot of work has been done to update and improve. All cabins have received additional thermal insulation. The seacocks were replaced in 2018. The antifouling was done in 2022.

There are some unfinished interior works.

The galley has a stove with an oven, refrigerator and two sinks. There is a 200 liter freshwater tank.

A good sailing inventory: mainsail, staysail on a furling, storm jib and spinnaker. The sails are in good working condition. Sheets and halyards are brought into the cockpit.

Friends, you often ask sometimes to post boats of this class — the incredibly beautiful and well-maintained Najad 390. The boat looks as if it has just left the shipyard.

Another very big plus is the location. The boat is already in the warm waters of the Caribbean. Besides, the VAT has already been paid!

Central cockpit and long keel — everything as we like.

The interior looks like new. The galley is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator for 150 liters and even a watermaker for 50 liters per hour. There is hot and cold water.

New lithium batteries, inverter, a new charger, 450W solar panels mounted on the arch.

New standing rigging in 2023, this is a very difficult and expensive upgrade. The running rigging has also been updated.

A new toilet was installed in 2020. There is a heater in the cabin.
