A good boat combining classic elements and modern solutions.

It’s clear that the boat is in caring hands. The mahogany elements look good.

The interior is in good condition. A galley with everything you need, including branded unbreakable dishes.

A fairly fresh 2017 sailing inventory. The mainsail and roller furler genoa. There is also a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom.

The Yanmar 3JH3E 38 hp 2000 engine starts and runs like clockwork. The engine has been always conserved for the winter, the oil and filters have been also changed every year. In 2021, the transmission was replaced.

The teak deck and cockpit were laid in 2015. The wood has been well cared for and is in good condition.

The boat has a bow thruster, which is very useful when maneuvering in marinas, especially when moving backwards. Two electric anchor winches (at the bow and at the stern). There is a spray hood and a cockpit tent.

A beautiful and well-maintained sailboat. The owner spared no money and constantly updated the boat. This is noticeable, at least in the photo.

The underwater part has been cleaned and painted.

The Volvo Penta MD7B engine was serviced every 50 engine hours. Gaskets, impeller and anodes have been replaced. The engine runs like clockwork.

The boat also looks well-maintained inside. The galley has a new propane stove and an ice-box with a freezer.

A complete set of sails: a new 2023 genoa on the furling, an older but working mainsail and spinnaker, which was practically not used. New two-speed winches have been installed.

A new spray hood has been sewn. The teak deck was renovated in 2022 and looks good.

Very well maintained LM27. A Danish-made boat, which is often called “the largest small motorsailer”.

The long keel, thick hull and enclosed pilot house add a sense of safety even in harsh weather.

There are two separate cabins on 27 feet (aft cabin with separate entrance from the cockpit), an enclosed toilet with an electric flush and a galley with everything you need, including a roomy refrigerator.

There is heating on the boat.

The sails are not new, but they look good. There is a mainsail and a staysail on the furling. Most likely, the sails will need to be replaced in a few seasons. You need to watch it live.

The Bukh 24 hp engine in the photo looks well-maintained and overhauled.

New cockpit cushions and a cockpit tent.

Nice and well-maintained Bavaria 30 Cruiser (in fact, the boat is more than 31 feet). The photos show that the boat is in very good condition, it looks like it has never been chartered.

The interior and cushions look like new. The boat was built in 2006, so it has most of the modern solutions.

Separate toilet with shower. Hot and cold water under pressure. Heating.

The sailing inventory consists of an in-mast mainsail and a genoa on a furling. All ropes are brought into the cockpit.

The Volvo Penta MD2020 engine is still quite fresh and most likely in good condition.

The deck is covered with teak. The wood looks great.
