Engine: Mistubichi MD1300, 31 hp
Cabins: 2
Hull: Wooden
Rig: Yawl

This Van Dam yawl was built in 1962, at the dawn of the “golden age” of yacht design. During this period, wooden yachts were still crafted by hand, while fiberglass mass production was only starting.

The Belgian/Dutch Van Damme yard is known for precise joinery and sturdy, custom-built hulls. Each boat from this yard carries its own character and craftsmanship.

Collectors will find a rare opportunity here: an original yawl with a mahogany hull, brass fittings, and classic two-mast balance. The deck and cabin showcase careful woodwork, with every detail reflecting skilled hands.

The interior has a practical layout with two cabins and a cozy saloon. Brass hardware and solid joinery create an authentic vintage feel. Natural light enters through classic portholes, adding warmth to the space.

The yawl rig gives balanced handling and traditional sailing experience. The inboard Mistubichi diesel engine brings reliable power for harbor maneuvering or calm passages.

Located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, the boat is ready for inspection. The harbor offers easy access to the Mediterranean and a scenic mooring spot.

The Hallberg-Rassy 382 is exactly the model I own now, and can say it is my dream yacht. I bought her for a bit more than that, but that’s a long story 🙂

The brand stands for comfort, quality, and reliability — these are yachts you trust on long passages.

This 382 features an encapsulated lead keel. Lead gives a lower centre of gravity and a slimmer profile than iron. The result is less heel, more sail area, and better upwind performance. The boat holds a closer angle to the wind and moves predictably in changing conditions.

The center cockpit layout brings security at sea and a dry, protected helm. Inside, you find classic teak joinery and a warm, practical saloon. The layout is straightforward and suits both family cruising and longer voyages.

The Volvo Penta MD 22 engine is known for reliability. Access is simple for routine checks. The diesel tank and water capacity are designed for extended trips.

The Hallberg-Rassy build quality is clear in every detail, from the teak decks to the solid fittings. The 382 is a yacht you can keep for decades and still be proud of her lines and comfort.

Nordic Family Boat with a new engine for 4,483 euro.

Friends! Today we have a Nordic Family Boat with a new engine for 4,483 euro.

Length: 8.8 meters
Beam: 2.65 meters
Draft: 1.55 m
Cabins: 1
Rigging type: fractional sloop
Keel: fin w/transom-hung rudder

This NF boat is a practical choice for those stepping into cruising or looking for a reliable daysailer. The spacious cockpit creates a comfortable space for friends and family.

The interior has been refitted by previous owners. The cushions are new, and the woodwork is well-kept. You see the classic Scandinavian design in the saloon and galley. Maintenance has been steady, with recent upgrades to the forward hatch and a refreshed sprayhood.

A new Suzuki 6 hp outboard was installed in October 2025 and comes with a 7-year warranty, adding extra reliability for coastal cruising and short passages. The electrical system features a new battery and a 50 W solar panel for self-sufficiency.

There are five berths onboard, making it suitable for a small crew or family. The boat uses a portable toilet. Personally, I find the porta potti less ideal for longer passages, but for day trips or short outings, it is practical and easy to manage.
