An interesting boat on the French Riviera. The price for such a ketch looks very attractive considering the region.
Safety central cockpit. The standing rigging looks good. The bilge type of keels allows you to feel comfortable in tidal regions.
Many important upgrades were made to the boat: all the seacocks were replaced, new hatches and portholes, a new teak in the cockpit, a new diesel tank and a septic tank.
The boat originally had two bathrooms, but the current owner has converted one of the toilets into a storage room.
The boat has a full set of sails, but the owner says that some of them (mainsail and mizzen) would be nice to replace. Genoa, spinnaker and staysail are in good condition.
