A very interesting offer for those who are not afraid to put their hands and a little love to the boat.
The 47-feet yacht with 5 cabins is ready to go to sea, but needs to be improved.
Mostly cosmetic tasks. For example, there are no cushions in the cabins, and in one bathroom (there are 3 in total) there is no toilet bowl. The wood is worn in places, but this is not such a big problem.
Both sails are on the furling (mainsail and staysail), but they should be replaced in the near future. The running rigging looks fine, but some lines will most likely need to be replaced too.
There are a lot of household appliances on the boat: washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner. There is a heater.
At first, you can sleep in the salon, there are good new cushions sewn there.
There is a chartplotter, autopilot and VHF.
The price of such a boat in normal condition is 75-85K. The most expensive part is most likely the sails, but I would look on the spot, maybe they can be updated gradually.
