An interesting boat with a lot of upgrades. The owner has invested about 7K euros in the boat in recent years and has all the receipts.
The Yanmar 1GM10 engine was completely overhauled. All the electrics were updated. A new folding propeller was installed. A new lazy bag was sewn.
The interior looks good. The wood is slightly worn in places, but that’s okay.
There is a double aft cabin with separate access through the cockpit.
A galley with a good stove with an oven, a sink with fresh and seawater and a refrigerator. New stainless steel fresh water tank for 71 liters.
There are a lot of sails: a mainsail with a new lazy bag, a self-tacking staysail on a furler and 3 more spare staysails. The ropes are out in the cockpit.
There is a teak in the cockpit. The washboards are made of tinted glass. There is a spray hood.
There is an anchor box on the bow, but no winch.
