Nice boat. The mooring fee has already been paid for until April 2025. It’s very good. You can slowly prepare the boat for a new season.
The boat looks well-maintained. The interior is in good condition.
Two double cabins. The table in the salon can be folded down to get two more beds.
The galley has a stove with an oven, sink and refrigerator. Also, there is a BBQ grill at the stern.
Partially dedicated toilet with sink. There is a Webasto. Electric bilge pump.
The sails are in good condition. There is a Furlex furling. The sheets and halyards are brought into the cockpit.
The Yanmar engine has always been serviced and works well.
There is an anchor winch on the bow, but it’s not connected. You need to look at the place.
A lot of additions: a life raft (date unknown), dinghy with an outboard, a spray hood and a tent (new seams and sealant) and more.
There are also some devices: VHF, chartplotter with an echo sounder, anemometer and more.
There are separate starter and house batteries, a solar panel and a controller. The owner says there are some problems with the electricity. You also need to look on the spot.
