A very beautiful and well-maintained family boat. The boat was owned by only two families and it has never been chartered.

Three cabins. Separate toilet with shower with automatic bilge pump. The galley has a stove with an oven, two sinks with hot and cold water and a spacious refrigerator. There is a gas leak detector.

The interior is in very good condition. New water tanks and new septic tank hoses.

New gel house batteries.

The sailing inventory was recently updated: the 2020 mainsail with a new lazy bag and a new laminate staysail with UV protection. All ropes are brought into the cockpit so that the boat can be operated even alone.

The boat has a Volvo Penta engine with a power of 29 hp. The engine is regularly serviced by professionals.

A folding steering wheel is installed in the cockpit to save space while mooring. The teak is laid. A new sprayhood has been sewn. There is a bathing ladder and a hot water shower at the stern.
