A beautiful and well-maintained boat, which, despite its small size, has a lot from a large boat.
Steering wheel, teak laid in the cockpit, a bimini and even a bow-thruster (although at 31 feet the thruster is not so much needed).
The galley is equipped with a stove, an oven and a sink.
There is a TV in the salon.

A good set of sails: a mainsail with a lazy bag, a self-tacking staysail on a furling, two genoa and a gennaker. The sails are in good condition. The sheets and halyards are brought into the cockpit.
The boat has an updated Solè 33 hp engine from 2013. The engine works properly. There is also a 4 hp bow-thruster.
The cockpit is covered with teak. Wood looks good. There is a new sprayhood and a cockpit tent. An anchor winch is installed on the bow, and there is also an anchor at the stern.
