Very beautiful and well-maintained Maxi 95. This model has a lot of fans because of the central cockpit and a separate aft cabin.
The current owner has done a lot of useful work since 2011: a new spray hood and a taller tent, new rails, replaced the portholes and put a new larger steering wheel.
Fresh teak is laid in the cockpit.
The interior is in good condition. Galley with stove, sink and new refrigerator. The toilet is located in a separate room.
Sails: a mainsail with a cover, a staysail on a furling and a genoa. The sails are in good working condition.
