Clean and well-maintained family boat. The owners literally put their love and soul into this boat.
All electrical wiring was completely updated and redone in 2018. The teak interior is in excellent condition. New cushions in the salon and cabins.
Galley with a gimballed stove and oven, sink and a new refrigerator. Separate spacious toilet with septic tank. There is a heater in the cabin. There is a freshwater tank for 200 liters.
A complete set of sails: a mainsail with a furling in the mast and a new 2019 staysail on a furling with UV-protection. The sails are in excellent condition.
A new 2017 Volvo Penta D1-30 engine is installed on the boat. The engine is in excellent technical condition and works like clockwork.
Looks like the artificial teak is laid in the cockpit. Now, technologies have stepped so far forward that such a coating is not inferior in quality to natural wood.
There is a cockpit shower in the stern.
There is also a lot of useful equipment on the boat: Garmin chartplotter, wind force and direction meter, echo sounder, compass, solar panel, new batteries, stands for onshore storage and much more.
