The Maxi 95 is different from other boats of such size. It’s often called “the biggest little boat”.
The 31-foot has a separate aft cabin, a separate spacious toilet, a steering wheel and a cockpit that can comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 people.
Most of the wiring was replaced in 2021. The underwater part was painted last year. In 2020, the boat received a new Selden mast.
A large salon with a galley on the port side, equipped with a stove with an oven, a sink with fresh water (100L tank) and a refrigerator. A new Jabsco toilet has been installed.
A complete set of sails: a mainsail with a cover, a genoa on a furling, serviced in 2022 in a professional sailing workshop and a spinnaker with a sock. The sails are in good working condition.
The Volvo Penta MD 11C engine is serviced and preserved every year. The Maxi 95 boats have an unusual place of the engine room: it’s located under the table in the salon, so you have easy access to the engine from all sides, and this also has a positive effect on sail performance, thanks to the shift of the center of gravity closer to the middle.
The boat has useful equipment: an echo sounder, a wind force and direction meter, 1 starter battery and 2 house batteries, a solar panel with a regulator, a compass, VHF, fenders and much more.
