This boat is for those who are not enough with yachting in warm climes. If the spirit of adventurism is calling you to go around the world, then this boat deserves your attention!
Durable steel hull, which is not afraid of ice. In Norway, the boat gained access to Arctic waters after thorough checks and serious modifications.
It had 4 owners in total, two of whom are famous Arctic expediters.
The boat was completely sanded and repainted with ship’s paint. Hatches, portholes, winches were dismantled, and new ones were installed. As stated in the ad: hatches don’t leak, even when the boat turns into a submarine during a storm 🙂
Spacious galley with a headroom of up to 200 cm. New copper gas pipes. Gas leak sensors. Hot and cold water.
There are three heaters in the cabin: gas, diesel and electric for those cases when there is shore power on board.
Sails: mainsail, staysail on a furling and 120% genoa on a furling were serviced at North Sails in 2022.
The Perkins 84 hp engine was serviced annually by professionals. New starter, new exhaust. Fuel tank for 500 liters. Consumption is 4 liters per hour at a cruising speed of 6 knots.
The boat has a lot of useful equipment: chartplotter, autopilot, sonar, VHF, AIS, 1500W electric anchor winch, EPIRB, a life raft for 6 people in 2021, a dingy with a Suzuki 6hp outboard and much more.
