An excellent and well-maintained example of a classic Finnish sailing boat Nauticat. The current owners lived on the boat all year round and did everything to make it comfortable.
There is hot and cold water, a shower and a small washing machine. The new Aquatec watermaker 2021. There is a Nauticat heater on the boat.
Galley with stove, oven, two sinks and refrigerator. The toilet and shower are located in a separate room.
Sails: a new 2021 staysail with a Selden furling, a mainsail with a twist in the mast, a mizzen with a cover and a spinnaker. All sails are in good condition.
The 80 hp Ford Nils Gustavsson engine is in good condition, despite its age and has worked 3366 hours. Oil, impeller, coolant and filters were regularly changed.
There is also a lot of useful and expensive equipment on the boat: a new chartplotter 2020, autopilot, radar, VHF, new batteries with charge monitoring via Bluetooth, an electric anchor winch and much more.
