Cute and well-maintained small yacht. She is perfect for a couple or a small family. The previous owners took good care of it and constantly improved it.
The mahogany interior is in excellent condition. There are new cushions in the salon and in the cabin.
The galley has everything you need for cooking: a stove, a sink and a new ice-box. All necessary kitchen utensils are also given along with the boat.
There is a dining table that can be installed in the salon or in the cockpit.
Good sailing inventory: a mainsail, which has been used for only two seasons, a staysail, genoa 1, genoa 2 and a spinnaker with spinnaker boom.
The original engine was replaced with a fresh 2012 Honda Saildrive with a power of 12 hp. The engine starts and works properly.
