A beautiful, clean and well-maintained boat with a lot of useful equipment. The boat is quite roomy. The usable space is well planned for a 31-foot boat.
The galley along the port side is equipped with a stove, oven, two sinks and a refrigerator. There is a large U-shaped sofa on the starboard side. The toilet is located in a separate room.
A complete set of sails: a staysail on a furling with a new UV protection (2019), a mainsail with a cover and a spinnaker (never used).
The boat has a Yanmar YSM12 diesel engine, which runs like clockwork and has annual proper maintenance.
There is a lot of useful and expensive equipment on the boat: autopilot with remote control, new batteries with charge monitoring, AIS, Garmin chartplotter, VHF, large solar panel, wind force and direction meter, echo sounder and much more.
Also, props for winter storage and a winter covering are given with the boat.
