This sailboat is attractive due to the fresh engine and a lot of renovations.
Engine Nanni 2.50HE 14 hp 2007 with running time of 270 hours/ It’s almost new, so it should be in perfect condition.
Sails: a genoa, a spinnaker, a genaker and a storm staysail. Nothing is said about the mainsail, but I think it is there and the owner just forgot to specify.
A standard set of equipment is included: compass, GPS, NASA marine lag and echo sounder, wind indicator, VHF radio, navigation lights, shore power connection, charger and audio system, etc. As a minimum, there should still be service and starting batteries (a complete list of equipment should be requested from the seller).
Water tank – 90 liters, fuel tank – 20 liters.
There’s also a new sea toilet.
Kitchen: a two-burners gas stove, sink with tap and refrigerator. Everything is new!

Perhaps the boat was restored, so it is necessary to examine the hull and keel very carefully. Ask what works were completed and when. Inspect the mast, rigging and sails (why is the mainsail not specified?), ask for documents for all renovations.
Judging by the description, the boat fully justifies its cost, but everything needs to be surveyed and checked!
