This is a spacious and a very updated sailboat. In the past 2 years, extensive upgrades were made and a lot of money was invested. There are photos of some works and most likely, the owner has all the supporting documents.
A repaired 28hp MD2030 engine was installed in 2021. It was restored, painted, the cooling system was cleaned, the gaskets, filters and oil were changed. There’s also new soundproofing in the engine compartment. New engine drive and siphon, new gears, gas cable, fuel hoses, cables, salt water filter with a hose. Diesel fuel tank was washed, fuel level indicator and the inspection hatch were replaced.
There’s a new 12V electrical power supply system, all the cables were replaces, new relays and fuses were installed, new 86Ah service batteries, a 64Ah starter battery, switch panel and a 30Ah Pro Nautic charger.
The boat was cleaned and painted both inside and outside in 2021. Canalization and kingstons, isolation valves were replaced, there are new hoses for fresh water, fresh water tank was also cleaned. A new toilet with septic tank. New light in the galley and toilet. Soft gas pipes, leak detectors. New wood on the floor and new cushions.
The list of equipment includes a Lowrance chartplotter, a VHF radio with receiver, an Autohelm 2000 autopilot, a Wallas heater, anchor equipment, 12/220V system, a fridge, a hot water tank, a nose and a stern platforms with ladders, sprayhood and bimini..
On the whole, the boat was updated seriously, so this is a good option for personal usage.
