Johnson 26 is an interesting sailboat with an incredibly large interior space for this size.
The length is 7.95 meters, which gives the lowest mooring fees in marinas.
The width is 2.95 meters, which gives comfort almost like on a 32-feet yacht.
A new Volvo Penta MD2010 engine was installed on the boat in 2003, and a folding propeller was also installed.
I think this engine will work for several more decades, most likely there are no more than 1,500 engine hours (i.e. probably no more than 15-20 percent of the engine resource is used).
The price also includes a set of sails (a mainsail, a genoa, a storm jib, a spinnaker). Among the equipment are: a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a large sink, a 70 l fresh water tank, solar panels, 2 anchors, navigation lights, a swimming ladder and so on.
An autopilot and GPS are sold at an additional 600 euro fee (I think you can take it for at least 500 euro or even agree that it will be included in total price).
Plastic and wood look good, the engine is relatively fresh, the yacht was watched and invested. Unfortunately, there is no furling, but this is even good in some ways, the classical setting of sails is considered more reliable.
In the Mediterranean area, this sailboat will cost about 12000 – 15000 euro. This can be a very profitable purchase.
