This Scanmar 33 is a practical family cruiser with a stable hull and a comfortable cockpit. She has a self-tacking jib and bow thruster, which make single-handed sailing and harbor maneuvers simple.
The cockpit is spacious for this size, with custom-made cushions and a large sprayhood with new windows. The deck layout is organized for easy sail handling. Both the anchor windlass and bow thruster are professionally installed.
Below deck, the saloon features classic Scandinavian joinery and a roomy galley with a gas oven and double sink. There is space for six to sleep, with two cabins and a convertible saloon.
Recent upgrades include new composite through-hulls, fresh epoxy barrier coats on the rudder and keel, and new LED lighting. The diesel heater has been serviced, and the heads have a full new seal kit.
Some work remains: the alternator regulator, a heater exhaust hose, and the fridge compressor need replacement. The hull and rig have been maintained, and the engine has recent oil service.
