Usually the boats of this size are equipped with outboard motors but this one has an inboard Albin Q-11, this can be considered as an advantage.
The sails are almost new, they were used rarely (2016 year). Mooring ropes, fenders and other equipment are included, the boat also has a ladder. New batteries (2019 year), all the wiring goes to the cockpit.
Keel-block (the device for land storage) is also included.
