The incredible beauty of Hallberg-Rassy 312 Scandinavia. The interior is almost in the same condition as when the boat left the shipyard.
3 owners in the entire history. The current owner used the boat for only 20-30 hours a year since 2007. This can be seen from her condition.
Teak deck and cockpit. The steering wheel is covered with moose leather.
There is hot water, a stove with an oven and a refrigerator.
The sails are quite old (from 2004), but they were little used. Mainsail with a cover, genoa on a Furlex furling, a staysail and a gennaker. The lines are out in the cockpit. Part of the rigging has been replaced with a new Dyneema.
The Volvo Penta 2003S engine has a running time of only 900 operating hours. This once again shows that the boat was used very rarely.
