A new reliable Volvo Penta D1 -30 2018 engine with a folding screw. The engine alone costs about 7-10K.
Nice sailing inventory. A self-tacking staysail mounted on a separate stay, a genoa on a Furlex furler and a mainsail with a cover. The age of the sails is not specified, but they look new in the photo. All the lines are out in the cockpit.
