For the last 6 years, the boat was owned by one family, and the boat was used only on weekends.
Two spacious double cabins and a table in the saloon, which can be laid out in 3 beds.
There is a diesel heater and hot water tank. A new water pump that provides good pressure has been installed.
The sails look good. There is a mainsail with a lazy bag and a staysail on a furling. There is also a genoa for a furling forestay.
The sprayhood was sewn in 2018. The teak in the cockpit requires maintenance. It needs to be sanded and treated with oil. The area is small, so you can do the work yourself.
