It’s a good Canadian-made boat. These boats are quite rare in the European market.
The price looks very attractive for a 38-ft yacht.
The interior looks good. The cushions in the salon and cabins look like new. I like the solution with additional sleeping places in the salon, located along the sides.
There is a new diesel heater.
Fully dedicated toilet with shower. There is also a shower in the cockpit.
New sails: the 2020 mainsail and the 2022 genoa. There are also two additional genoas 2018 and 2000.
The sails are stored in UV protection covers. New running rigging in 2023. The sheets and halyards are brought into the cockpit.
In the original, these boats were equipped with an Atomic 4 gasoline engine. The original engine was replaced by a Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engine.
The deck is covered with a non-slip coating. Lots of winches. It looks like the hatches have been replaced.
There is an anchor winch on the bow. It’s good. Lifting an anchor chain for a boat of this size manually is very difficult.
Some equipment is also installed on the boat: B&G chartplotter, B&G wind instruments, B&G echo sounder, autopilot, VHF with active AIS, radar and much more.
