Nice and very updated yacht. The boat has been in the hands of one owner since 2014, and since then it has been constantly updated, as evidenced by many receipts.
The list of updates is so large that it’s unlikely to fit into this post. Here are the most important ones:
The electrical system has been completely updated, including new wiring, new AGM batteries with charging and a battery monitor.
The water supply system has also been updated. New hot water tank (220V/12V). A new toilet with a chopper — it’s very convenient. You don’t have to worry that throwing toilet paper will clog you up.
All seacocks have been replaced.
And most importantly, in 2019, the boat received a new Vetus engine of 29 hp, including transmission, shaft, etc. (the value is approx 7-10K). A new bow thruster is also installed.
This is only a small part of the updates. If you do it yourself, it can take a whole season, or even more.
The sails are not new, but in good working condition. There is a cover for the mainsail and a furling.
Lots of equipment: autopilot, iPad instead of chartplotter, VHF with AIS, echo sounder. All devices are connected to the NMEA network.
The ad says that for an extra fee, you can pick up dinghy with an electric motor. I would try to bargain and pick it up for free.
