A good and seaworthy boat made in Finland. The model was created to participate in regattas, but at the same time it has everything you need for comfortable cruising.
The boat looks well-kept. Beautiful interior. It looks like the cushions have been updated. There are good new mattresses on the berths.
A galley with a stove with an oven, two sinks and a refrigerator.
The electrics have been updated. New lithium house batteries, new starter battery. Separate lithium battery for the anchor winch. There is a solar panel.
There is a hydro generator on the boat, the owner wants an additional fee for it (a new one costs about € 2500). I would try to bargain and pick it up for free.
The standing rigging has been partially replaced (a very important update).
A complete set of sails: a new mainsail 2024 with a lazy bag, a new genoa 2021 on a furling, a spinnaker with a carbon spinnaker boom and older spare sails. New Dyneema running rigging. All the ropes are out in the cockpit.
The boat has a fresh 2014 Craftsman CM 2.16 engine with 1400 hours, which runs well.
The cockpit is covered with teak. There is a spray hood and a swimming ladder at the stern. The anchor winch with a 50 meter chain on the bow.
There are some useful electronics on board: TackTick devices (the current Raymarine), autopilot, VHF with AIS. Judging by the photo, there is no chartplotter, instead they used a phone with Navionics maps. I sailed this way from Sweden to Tunisia.
