Incredibly well-maintained Nauticat. The boat is marked ocean class “A”.
A good protected pilothouse with a good view from which you can steer the boat in harsh weather.
For the last 10 years, the boat has been on the water for no more than three months a year, and the rest of the time it has been stored in a warm boathouse.
Due to such a short operating time, the boat looks like new.
The interior is in very good condition. Separate toilet with hot and cold shower. There is also a shower in the cockpit.
The boat has good autonomy: a large supply of water — 400 liters, there are solar panels for charging batteries.
The deck is covered with teak. The wood is in excellent condition. There is an anchor winch on the bow.
The sails look very good. There is a lazy bag for the mainsail and a furling for the staysail. A spinnaker is also visible in the photo.
