Good technical and external condition. A new antifouling. All the cushions are new. The lighting has been replaced with LED.
Good standing height. The toilet is located in a separate room. A fully equipped galley with a stove with oven, sink and refrigerator.

Starter battery and two house batteries. There are solar panels with a controller. There is a connection to the shore power.
Full set of sails: mainsail, genoa on a furling and spinnaker. The sails are from 2015 and in very good shape. All the ropes are out in the cockpit.
