Nice and well-maintained Maxi 84. It’s a very popular model due to its width and habitability.
The interior, cushions and wood look good. The boat is clean and dry. Hatches and portholes without leaks.
Galley with stove, sink with fresh and seawater and refrigerator.
Three 80 Ah house batteries and a solar panel allow all systems to operate without interruption. There is also a separate new starter battery.
A complete set of sails: genoa on a furler with new UV protection and a mainsail with a cover. The sails are in good condition. There is also a spinnaker with a spinnaker boom, which was most likely not used.
The boat is equipped with a Volvo Penta MD7A engine. This is a reliable engine, and it’s not difficult to find spare parts for it.
