An excellent offer for those who are looking for an inexpensive boat at the end of the season. The value of such a boat on the market is at least 10 times higher.
Despite the low price, the boat is completely in working condition.
Of course, it has something to fix and repair. There are several scratches on the hull (shallow), antifouling is required, the fresh water tank is leaking a little.
If you look at it from a positive point of view, then it may be a good option to practice minor repairs.
The Yanmar inboard engine has recently been repaired. The owner says that the engine starts and works properly, but it’s worth replacing the exhaust manifold.
The interior looks good. There is a galley with a stove with an oven, a sink with fresh and sea water and a refrigerator.
Separate toilet.
A new electric bilge pump is installed on the boat. Two batteries (condition unknown). The sprayhood is sewn.
A complete set of sails: a mainsail with a cover (in good condition) and an older, but working staysail on a furler. There is also a spinnaker that has hardly been used and is most likely as new.
There is also some equipment on the boat: Garmin navigator, VHF, echo sounder and anemometer.
There is also a new autopilot, but the owner wants an additional fee for it. I think it will be possible to bargain and pick it up inexpensively.
