Nice and well-maintained Hallberg-Rassy Monsun 31 with lots of upgrades. Nowadays you can find such a boat for 15-20K.
The new teak deck that is properly sealed and looks very good. All seacocks have been replaced with TruDesign. All hoses, including propane hoses, have been replaced.
The interior is in good condition. A partially dedicated toilet with a new Jabsco bowl and septic tank.
There is a Wallas heater on the boat.
A galley with everything you need: a stove with an oven, a sink and an ice-box.
There are manual and automatic bilge pumps. Starter and house batteries.
Full set of sails: mainsail with a lazy bag and genoa on a Furlex furler.
