A good seaworthy boat. There are only two owners, the last of whom owned the boat for about 40 years.
There are cosmetic issues that can be fixed if desired, but overall, it should be a pretty good boat.
The boat is equipped with shower with hot water. Large aft cabin.
There is a galley with everything you need for cooking, including a stove with an oven on a gimbal, a sink with hot and cold water and a large refrigerator.
Full set of sails: mainsail, new genoa on a furler, and spinnaker. The sails are in good condition.
The 2014 Yanmar engine is in good condition and has a running time of only 500 hours.
There are new cushions and a new awning in the cockpit.
With the boat, an almost new dinghy is given, but without an outboard.
